It will work, nothing to do just swap, however you will get more gains if you upgrade the size of the MAF. I believe the stock MAF is 55mm, so it does bottle neck the system.
One option is check on eBay for the "Cobra" MAF that is calibrated for 19# injectors. Its 70mm and will cost you about $60, pretty decent option if your low on funds.
