Default Fuel pump relay

my car got flooded by a passing storm. Went on a road trip with no problems. Now the car wont start. i barely hear the fuel pump turn on. Put in the spare relay and no luck. Is the female plug bad from getting wet? This happen to anyone else before?

you need to start with the basics..ie..check fuel pressure with a gauge and check for spark.

hook a direct lead to the power wire for the pump off the relay connector and see if the pump sounds better when havign a direct power source

if i wiggle the the relay in and out it turn on the fuel pump with the key off. So did this for about 20 seconds to add furl. Turn over starts for 2-3 seconds and then dead. So I know there is spark

do this, take a 12ga. wire shove it in a pos. source, make sure it has power, then shove the other end into the relay pigtail, to touch the wire that is the positive lead for the fuel pump, see if it runs fine then
