Default Which TB is this?

I'm told this is a mustang 5.0 throttle body, but not sure. I bought a 70mm throttle body off ebay the other day, and at 1st glance it looked like a direct replacement for the TB that I removed in the pic, but I quickly learned it wasn't. After putting the new TB on my custom built manifold, I realized that the TB was a 1/4 way open with the TPS on, and that the throttle switch is further back about 2 inches. I need to find an exact replacement for the TB I removed.

Which TB is this?

This is the TB I bought off ebay

thats a stock TB... and you need to loosen up the two allen head screws that are under the TPS, and set it properly

A stock TB for what? Also, where can I get an exact replacement TB, but 70mm? I don't drive a Ford, however I have this TB on a custom built intake manifold.

The TB I got off ebay isn't a direct replacement because the position of the throttle switch is different, it's further back. I need a TB with the switch in the same possition as I do not have anymore slack on my trottle cable. Also, on the old TB the switch simply swings from front to back (5-8 o'clock) whereas this ebay TB swings from back and around (8-11 o'clock). With my throttle cable pulling from 9 o'clock, there's no way the TB I got off ebay is going to work. Even if I had enough slack on my cable to pull the throttle, it's only going to open the throttle part way (from 8-9 o'clock)

did you contact ford? a lot of times you can find out what the part is by puttingg in the cerial number.
Also try searching the internet by just putting the part number in the search engine and see if you get any hits

There's no numbers on the TB unfortunately. The only number on it is on the bring that says 5.0...so I'm assuming it really is for a 5.0. I still need to find an exact replacement though.
