Default Rocker Studs

What size rocker studs do I need for a set of World Windsor Sr. heads?

I know the threads are 3/8" but I need to find the right height studs for use with my rockers.

I bought the heads used and the rocker studs had been removed.

drilled and milled... about $500 worth of work.. why not just run pedestal mount rollers?

you can run a 3/8 stud or the 7/16 stud what rockers do you have ? what do they take? I would run the 7/16 just for the shear strength over the 3/8 unless you already have 3/8 rockers.

my uncle has a set of 1.7's. i dont know if they are 7/16's or 3/8's. i didnt realize it would be $500 to convert that to stud. wow. whats done at a shop when they are drilled thats different from drilling and tapping anything else?

well, you cant just go randomly drilling them out. If you do, and you dont get it perfectly center, you will NEVER get the rockers to line up properly... as is the case right now with my heads...

heres a pic... maybe this will help you understand!
look at the left stud bosses
