Fuel pressure test!

Fuel pressure test!
So i ran a fuel pressure test because after running a koer test i found out that the car runs lean on both sides, and i have an epic engine idle roll.
So, set it up, and i was at about 37 pounds.
When the engine rolled id get a change of roughly 1 pound. Not really a full pound change in pressure, but it was close.
The pressure definitely wasnt consistent in that matter, but its not like it was a 3 - 5 pound gap.
** I wasn't using my maf sensor, i have to move the maf because i couldnt fit in the testor :S so that may have something to do with it. **
So is a cloged fuel filter my problem, or is a little fluxuation normal?
Cause then again, i am not sure how much fluxuation a clogged fuel filter can cause. At idle.

fluxuation is normal because it is based on engine vac. when you pull the vac line off it should run constant psi. soon as the vac line goes on, it is not controlled by engine vac. so yes variation is normal.
did you do a leak down test while you were at it? what did the psi do as soon as you turned off the engine? did it hold pressure?
