i finally have broken in my 331 stroker im at my first oil change on the car and it running awesome. Today coming home i beat a 3 seris BMW and then after i got my oil, filter, and 2 cans of sea foam for my oil change i raced a Trans Am and i left him in the dust. Its great and it would have been even better if i had the 3.55 gears im going to put in my car. I beat him with the slow 2.73 it funny and the best part is is that i get 19.5 mpg too.

i did the first break in oil change at 300 but the miles were all highway miles

its not a new motor it has 40,000 miles on it. i got it from my uncle's car bc he's putting a 351 in his car. im running a can in the gas tank to clean everything in the fuel lines and injectors and then half a can in the oil to clean the lifters, RR, etc and then the other half in the tb to clean everything else

good kill....motor 408 got like 60 miles on it .,.im on my 3rd oil change now...also every time a go to track and get home i change my oil ...cause its been run hard......its cheap ins to me....when i go next time i will change it again...

I hope you spanked a 3 series cuz the aren't very fast. Good job on the trans am though.

its been sitting for a year and i got everything moving again and it was torn apart to just a long block and everything set back into place again (broken in)
