Default Will a 95 Cobra T5 fit in a foxbody?

i just bought a complete T5 swap out of an 86 Mustang GT and while looking it over after the pull of all the parts I notice that the tag on the trans is a 242.Doing a little research i see it is a T5 from a 94-95 Cobra.I got everything including the driveshaft,Trans and bellhousing, clutch, crossmember etc.Now I never really paid attention to the car I saw it in there and it seems to have fit well.Driveshaft looks to have been cut.
Crossmemeber looks to have the bushing parts not welded on either side.Any benefit to using this thing or should i pass?
Looks to have a 95 bellhousing by casting number. The floor in the 86' donor doesn't seem to have been cut.Is the shifter only 5/8 further back as indicated by the input shaft and bellhousing difference?
Sorry about all of the questions but this stuff was in a turd of a car and I want to install it into my 85' GT which is pretty nice and don't want any real issues like floor cutting.

shifter will sit 11/16" towards the rear, you will probably have to cut the welds on youyr cross member and move it back. and you might run into a problem with your driveshaft sitting too far INTO the transmission

the input shaft on the 94-95 t5 was longer than the foxes. that will need to be changed.

if he uses the SN95 bell housing won't the shifter sit too far back in the car?

There was no cut marks in the 86 floor I pulled this stuff from but that was one of my worries also.Looks like 11/16 isn.t going to matter that much, hopefully.
I was surprised at the stuff because it wasn't what I thought I was buying but pleasantly greeted by a Cobra T5 so.........
