Exclamation Guys Really Need Some Help 4 Days on this

Installing a new 347 engine having problems with trans

So i have had the trans on and off four times i thought bellhousing(lakewood) was problem took trans off of bellhousing installed housing flywheel and crank clear turns over by hand crank just fine no rubbing or freezing up so good i thought install trans bolt it down no motor wont move at all

this trans bellhousing was on car before motor was rebuilt ran fine no grinds smooth going seems like input shaft is maybe binding up when tightening trans?
do i trim shaft down or is there something im missing

fyi when tightening bolts for trans to bell i hear a POP and im not sure will trans slides in with so turning and aligning flywheel to block plate has cleareance i cant figure this out losing my mind trying to get this to work

my clutch is centerforce dual friction pn-df021048
flywheel came with eagle rotating assembly kit/ Ram 1527 157 tooth
Trans borg warner T5 1352085922

please help

yes the trans is in neutral i moved the crank just a bit to get to line up twisted trans back and fourth and it slide in

can you rotate the input shaft freely away from the motor?

make sure the pilot bearing isn't messed up. who put it in?

new pilot bearing double checked part number and called machine shop that should be ok input shaft spins car was running and driving fine all i did was take trans off and then got new motor installed and trying to bolt up working trans (shifts good) holds power good on old motor

lakewood mentions (trimming) input shaft ummm i dont want to do that

did you check your bellhousing runout, alignment, and mounting depth?

thats what i think is messing everything up i dont have the tools for that or knowledge of getting all that right i really dont think i need this bellhousing the stock t5 should just bolt right up and have all the correct alignment is that right should i just get a stocker bellhousing and see i have someone that has one for 50 bucks with backing plate???

if you dont have the tools or the knowledge to do the job right, get the stock parts and be done with it

Thats what i am looking at doing i was just wondering if this could be from something different i bought the car with the lakewood on it

so be using the stock t5 bellhousing it should work and stop the binding or whatever it is doing?
