Its in the trunk(lol). The smog pump locked up so my brother bought a diffrent size belt to bypass it. In doing so, he took off the tensioner too. The belt is really tight so I guess he thought he didnt need it either. It is ROUGH for lack of a better word but it was only 300 hundred dollars. What can I say .

haha, well me brother paid $300. Then the city was trying to pick it up telling us we had to move it or else. My bro was gonna let it go but I said "if I move it, I keep it." he agreed so I basically got it for free. Now I'm wondering what I got myself into .

well if you don't mind learning a few things along the way, and you don't mind getting dirty, you got a good chance of gettin it goin again on your own. the beauty of cars this old, is that they can pretty much be electronically diagnosed with a paperclip or two, and a voltmeter.

Mattdel, I dont mind at all!! thats why I am here. My hope is to get it running but even if I just learn something about this car, it would more than fill my expectations. I think the best investment I can make as of now is a voltmeter. I will atmit though, me and electricity, dont get along to well(lol).

mjr46, thanks I will definitely look into it. I havent been able to do anything because it has rained here for 3 days straight. As soon as it starts to dry up, I will start checking the things you guys have asked me to check. I do have one question. As you can see in the pictures, one censor is really dirty. I was wondering what I can use to clean it? Any advice would be appreciated. God Bless!

are you talking about the plug with 5 connections and the ford logo and the gunk?

get some engine cleaner and soak it, let it sit then try a toothbrush
