grab some carb cleaner and spray around the base plate with the car running and listen for a rise in rpm/ engine to smooth out

i had once my carb running with one screw loose and it leaked, had like a hissing sound to it

almost sounds like a tick to me, are you sure its from the carb? (hard to tell where its coming from by watching a video)

also how big is that thing? looks like a 750 with the center hung bowls and all..... if so, its too damn big for a 302 if thats what your running and at the very least you'll need to jet it down.

Its a 650. I just checked all the roller rockers all were set properly. Its pretty easy in real life to hear where the sound is coming from.

did you spray carb cleaner around the base of the carb yet? you def. need to get that 1 carb stuck fixed too.
