ok thank you adder, i thought i remembered you sayin something a little bit ago about the gt40p smaller chamber size, good thing you posted or I would have had some small a$$ combustion chambers on my 40p's. Ok so ill just get the surface cleaned up not any taken off.

also just another quick question, you said explorer gt40s are 66cc and 40p's are around 59cc, i thought the heads off of the explorers were the P heads. The heads I have came off of an explorer i think and they are stamped GT40P.

ugh... i feel like a broken ****ing record...

96-97.5 exploders were GT40's
97.5-2001 were GT40P
