ok so i did my heater core today, and i go to switch it to the vents and nothing. all the air comes out of the defrost vent for the window and that air hardly comes out at that. could the vents just have maybe somthing blocking them or is there something not changeing the doors in the system?? thanks for the help......

are all vaccum lines connected ??

check he hose inside the engine compartment that runs along the firewall its probably disconnected
