REAR MAIN PROBLEMS!!!!

I just rebuilt a 306 that is wild as hell but I cant get the rear main to seal!! At first I just put the seal in and it leaked. Found out there was a groove on the crank so I tore it all back out put and repair sleeve and new seal in and that slowed it down but it still leaks and Im getting tired of tearing this tranny and **** out! any ideas!?!

Make sure the seal is facing the proper direction....
