get your volt meter take the red wire off of t and stick it it to the green wire on the tps and ground the black one turn key on and look for .97 to .99
it is never good to set the TPS to .98 or .99 volts, often times the car will (when running) show a higher voltage than the ECM allows and the car will think its at part throttle.
everything ive seen always say's .99 with about 4v at WOT
actually, the range is .7-1.0 volts. If your car, in the ON position is set to .99 volts, it will very often, at idle, be around 1.04-1.05v. Therefor putting your car into "part throttle" as far as the ECM is concerned, and can cause surging, stalling and other idle related issues.
