if you want to have a fox handle like the best of them, you need to get IRS in the rear, tube k/coil over in the front with matching suspension peices(springs, shocks chassi stiffining)...you'll out handle beemers/porches ect. ect. on the skid pad/ road coarse.

i'm getting the max motorsports max grip package that comes with EVERYTHING as well, that is the next step after i get done with my brakes, 5 lug, and wheels swap. it just hit me the other day and decided to look into tube chassis, where to get it done, and how much.

And in terms of mustang handling, i was talking about stock/partially modified. as is my experience with them (including both of mine, and friends cars i have driven)

Even my buddies uncles roush didn't really impress me.

fivepointoh- i have driven my neighbors porsche carerra several times and if my fox doesn't outhandle it then i'm comin to you ;-) haha. And you said IRS the rear... is there a company that sells an IRS convert. kit for the fox?

you wont be able to use some peices for IRS. they will speifically note for you what peices will not work with IRS. or you can call them direct or email and ask. i'm sure they'd hook you up with the right stuff.

i looked up IRS looks like no one likes it, guess i'll stick with SRA for now. Jetta is getting a 1.8 big turbo with anti-lag or a 2.0 big turbo with anti-lag. Kid knows his **** its gonna be fast as hell.

i do know people with fast imports...they are very very expensive builds. if you think you can do an import cheap and fast, they are honestly not telling you the whole story. i also know people who dont reviel all the money they spend on their car so it seems they are much more clever and thrifty than they really are.
