Default Car takes a long time to

Heyguys, I need a little help here. My car is taking longer and longer to start. The battery has a good charge all the time, I have a new cap and rotor, and the coil is good, I just checked it with my multimeter. I'm thinking it must be the plugs? What do you all think?</P>

PS I also check power down the line, and its good all the way to the fusebox where my amp hooks up.</P>

Yeah, plugs and wires would help if everything else checks out. Sounds like the best solution. Id go with some Bosch platinum 2s if your not going to stay with stock, but dont got platinum 4s, the nodes fall off!! If that doesnt clear it up, Id say air/fuel, so maybe add some injector cleaner as well.<edited><editID>95Stealth302</editID><editDate>37946.0080092593</editDate></edited>

My car used to have starting problems as well. It would also stall while on the freeway. Turned out to be the PIP.

turn the key from on to off a couple times before you try and crank it over,it may be the fuel pump draining down,

OK Vfast, flooring it before I turned it on didn't help, (I thought giving gas to a EFI can when it was off didn't do anything). </P>

DavidJ, what is PIP.</P>

Nostang, turning the key on and off a few times DID help, I a little, is there anything permanent I can do to fix this? </P>

I got some double plats, and am gonna put them in tomorrow before work, I'll let you how it turns out.</P><edited><editID>tchamber</editID><editDate>37947.1626041667</editDate></edited>
