i have an 89 lx with 5.0. im replacing the trans cause there is no reverse. lol. i wanted to know if there are any companies that sell upgraded gutts for the tranny so i can do the work while the other trans is on the ground. im a gm guy so im starting to learn about mustang ie comapnies parts ect.

well guess what GM guy. the itnernals for a ford T5 is the same as a GM T5. only difference is bell housing and i think the location of the shifter.

Gforce sells strong internals for teh T5. i also seen somewhere in a mag that there is another company that will sell you upgraded harden stronger T5 internals

dude does any of your gears pop out if so then you probably need a syncro kit it sounds like Gforce sells strong internals for teh T5. is what I heard also
