Default Lost ALL power!!! Help!!!

Thanks for looking.
My mustang has been inoperable for the past three years. I finally had the money and a chance and had a local company do a swap with a rebuilt engine. The car worked great for several weeks...But...

The past weak the car started to feel like it was losing power, then it felt like it had no power past 4000rpm. Then it got worse....
at this point it won't rev past 3500rpm. I've checked all my vacuum lines, replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump, cleaned my maf sensor elements, cleaned the air filter, replaced the coil (I had an extra one), checked the distributor (cleaned the contacts and rotor)
I finally found how to pull the codes without a code reader and got the following codes
KOEO:76 (Vane air flow sensor fault)
KOER:314 ,311 (Thermactor air system/fault during engine run self-test)

Please insert a full list of mods and details on the work done during the "swap"

Sounds like a bad mass-air. That's how mine went in my Maxima. Would pull until 3k rpms and then fall on it's face.

76 is a mass air code. more than likely with a MAF code, it needs replacing.

your car can not throw both 2 digit and 3 digit codes.

I would check again just to make sure you got all the right codes. I dont think 176 shows up for a KOEO test but i may be wrong

All seemed good.
