Valve Seal Question (little orange disc thingies) *Pics added*

Installing valve seals on an '89 5.0 HO w/E7 heads if it makes a difference. Is anyone familiar with the 'orange discs' that sit on top of the valve seals? I'd like to get some more since I already have everything apart; and I can't find them listed anywhere. I assume they are for assisting to hold the seals in position. Thanks!!

All of them I've ever used just pushed on, not familiar with an 'orange disc' thing at all...

See, I'm not crazy !!! LOL These were on all of my valve seals. No one seems to be able to identify them.

Here's a picture of the engine I'm freshening up for my EFI and T5 install in my '66 Fastback. It's an '89 with about 120k miles. Just cleaning it up, some paint and new gaskets.
