Default Changing alternator in parking lot

I shorted out my alternator today and now I have to go and change it out in the parking lot. I don't want to risk killing my battery trying to drive it home. On top of that I left my hanes manual in my car.

Can anyone tell me what tools I should bring to the car tomorrow to swap out the alternator? I can bring my sockets and wrenches but what size wrench will I need to get the belt off? Is there anything else specific that I will need to change it out?

Thanks for any help.

I think the tensioner is a 3/8 sq

And the other two bolts are in the 1/2 & 5/8 neighborhood. (I'm not perfectly sure on the long one)

Great, thanks. That is what I needed. I hope I only fried the wire coming off the starter solenoid and the alternator and nothing else. I am pretty sure that is all I fried.

Also....when this happened I noticed my left turn signal stopped flashing. Are the turn signals on seperate flashers? My right one was still flashing.
