rear end

Your right tire spins because the clutch packs in the carrier of your rear end are shot...
As a band aid you could try change the gear oil out and add new friction modifier to it but that probably isn't going to fix it....
oo and FYI
posy traction....chevy
trac lock...ford

when i push on the car in the rear left to right it is not that tight what does that mean thanks. its tight it makes a noise when i shake the rear end what is that. and a shop told me it would be 600 bucks to just install the rebuild kit and a 3 73 gear that seems high to me. is it hard to install both of them

I would bet money thet the junk yard clutches are bad too. Heck, I had to have mine redone at 30K miles under warranty.
You can buy a better carbon fiber clutch kit from www.50resto.com for a little more than the standard kit. These are used in the GT500 Cobra Mustangs with 550hp.
Is the $600 including parts? I had mine completely rebuilt with all new bearings, carbon fiber clutches, FRPP 3.73 gears. Labor was $250. Parts were $418.
This included gears, clutches, bearings, shims, speedo cable gear for 3.73's, seals, Royal Purple gear oil and Ford friction modifier. So total, I spent $668 but it is quiet and smooth. (I went from 3.55 to 3.73, so no big performance gain)
$600 including parts sounds pretty fair.
If not set-up properly, the gears will whine and wear out quickly.

Changing out the clutches in the differential is one thing as long as you keep track of where the shims are, but changing out the gears is quite a bit of work. Its not exactly a "do it yourself" type of job. Granted you can, it just requires a lot of measuring and patience. $600 actually does sound fair especially if including the parts.
