Default Bad Pilot Bearing?

I have a 1995 mustang gt with a t5 in it. My throw out bearing was making some noise when i would have the clutch depressed. I went and bought a brand new one. I still have it in the box. My car would always have a squeal when i got on it in 3ed or 4th gear. or a annoying shuttering sound if the gear is too deep. I thought it was the throwout bearing bc it makes noise. But today when i have the clutch pressed it sounds like a dry bearing spinning. Its not the throw out bearing bc the clutch is pressed and not spinning. So that makes me think its the pilot bearing. I think that is where the squeal was coming from also. I just want to make sure i am right about this. No matter what i am going to replace both while i have the trans off because they both are making noise.

Throw out bearing makes a rolling sound like a few grains of sand in it.
Pilot bearing- sounds dry and kinda loud now
one of them is squealing my bet is on the pilot.

What do you guys think are my theory's correct?

They tend to have the same life span and you really need to do both while you're in there. Don't spend too much time trying to figure it out. Replace both. And don't even think about going in there without a new clutch and pressure plate. Be sure to have the flywheel surfaced, too.
It's not so much a question of all needing to be replaced, it's about doing it all while you have the trans out. Big job to look back with regret on only doing half in a few months.

The bearing is spinning. Also pilot bearing and the throwout bearing and the disc all do not care what gear you are in. If you are having problems in a certain gear like 3 or 4 and the others are okey. Problem is in the transmission.

If the clutch cable is adjusted like it should be. It's always spinning, when the engine is running. Lightly loaded with the pedal up, fully loaded with the pedal down.

If the cable is loose or set up like a 60's car. It's not spinning when the pedal is up. Providing a spring was added to hold the pedal up.
