Spindle extraction outta the yard ?'s
Hey guys I'm gonna be on my way to the yard sat morn for a set of 94 spindles for my fox conversion. I was wanting to know what tools I should bring to help me with this. I wanted to try to avoid carryin a big *** tool box behind a red rider wagon. I'm sure I'm gonna run into some issues gettin them off so anyone with exp feel free to chime in...thanks again fellas

Well considering it was 40 deg out and we had light rain me and a buddy managed to pull 2 complete spindles out of a 94 this morning and for 18 bucks a piece i think i came out on top. We just took the whole assembly including the shock bc the two bolts holding the shock to the spindle was a total f'ing a'hole...plan on going back and gettin the rears along with the master cylinder next week sometime...enjoy

Nice, it really isn't too bad of a swap, I did my 87-93 gt spindle swap without busting a single boot, but I did end up mushrooming a tie rod but it was bad anyway. Keep in mind for the rears the total width on the sn95s is 3/4 of an inch wider per side if I remember right. I don't believe you need to swap the whole rear end, but you will need the axle shafts to complete the swap.
