Default 89lx missing/running poorly after fixing Vacuum leak?

I have an 89lx 5.0 with a few bolt on's and I was driving down the highway the other day when I lost most of my power and the car started missing terribly. I pulled off the highway and popped the hood. I immediately noticed that a hole had developed in the vacuum hose leading from the upper intake down to the charcoal canister. I went up to Orileys and got some 1/4 inch vacuum hose and ran a new line from the intake to the charcoal canister and it looked as good as new.

But When I went to drive the car it resumed the missing/bucking/running poorly so I limped it back to my house.

I should also mention a few days prior to this instance I started changing my plugs and wires but ran out of light. So i got 3 plugs and wires done but then drove on it a few days like this and thats when the incident occurred.

When I got back to my house I finished changing out the rest of my plugs gaped at .54 wires and did a distributor cap and rotor button. The car now runs as bad or worse than it did right after I replaced the vacuum line.

The car seems to idle and run fine at first but under any sort of load while driving or revving at idle it misses like crazy and sounds terrible.

The motor has always had a tapping noise from the right head but it has adjustable roller rockers and I thought one could be out of adjustment or something. But now It sounds like theirs some more noise coming from underneath the intake like possibly the lifters or something since this most recent incident.

The car still has all 4 stock cats on it anyway that one could be clogged and causing it to run like crap?

The last thing I wanted to say was I got this car from the original owner 6 months ago and it has 56k original miles but sat in his back yard for about 8 years without being ran so if theirs any thing i should look into from it sitting please let me know.

Is their anyway running the car with the vacuum leak for a few miles down the road could have done some internal damage to my motor? Im just kind of at a loss with this so far.

I can post a video of my motor running if anyone thinks it would help.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

MAF controls fuel by metering air. Basically it controls your whole car.

Use test pin 50 for your voltage readings, wire is dark blue/orange stripe

Tested MAF and it was at around .68-.72v during idle. In addition I also pulled the codes and got 33,41,61, and 91 anyone have any advice on getting them cleared up?

33 = EGR didn't open during test or failing intermittently
41/91 = System lean
61 = ECT voltage too low.

Replace the ECT (coolant temp sensor), clear codes, and go from there.
