Default PLEASE HELP!!!!

ok ill start from the beginning i have and 86 gt, i did my upper and lower intake manifold gaskets and went to re-time my car and couldnt get it keep running sure enough the cheap gaskets i bought we leaking in the intake valley so i went out and bought the best fel-pro gaskets i could, still couldnt time the car in. then suddenly the fuel pump stopped kicking on so i traced the wires back to the fuel pump relay where it was getting source voltage but not sending voltage out i bought a new relay and still did the same thing so i jumped the wires and the pump kicked on. so now i was getting fuel pressure through the rail but it still wasnt firing so i pulled a plug out to find that it was dry. tested the eec power relay found that bad replaced that still nothin so i tested the injector harness while cranking and got voltage on both the positive and ground side of the circut so i determined that the ecu was bad. i just replaced that and i replaced the plugs. now there is fuel getting into the cylinders whole nine yards but it still wasnt firing so i took everything apart again and when i put the upper intake back on i forgot to connect the vaccum like to the fpr and the one that goes to the tree that includes the brake booster and oddly enough the car started and ran on its own.. it ran like a** but it ran so now i have absolutly no clue what the hell is goin on i hoping that someone on here can give me some leads into what is wrong

You're dumping fuel for some reason, most likely it runs when you unhook the vacuum due to the extra air, do you still have the fuel pump hot wired or is it working off the factory connections?
