can you buy a panhard bar kit for a factory four link 8.8 rear end for a fox?

Yes. Maximum Motorsports makes a kit. Id suggest ditching the upper arms and going for a panhard bar/torque arm setup though. Much better at planting power and handling than a triangulated 4-link.
