got rid of that damn H-pipe today!
and went to true duals out the side, through flowmaster 40's. buuut this was all fun and games until i noticed a difference in the exhaust streams between right and left side.
Left sides running clear, no smoke under load.
the right bank likes to have some black smoke under load/rpm
Also, car died today, unplugged the MAF/IAT sensor connector and she started right back up. any ideas?

So why did you want to get rid of the H pipe ?
An H or X pipe let the engine actually breath a little more, The idea of the H pipe was to help with some of the noise but it actually help with low to mid range torqe. The x pipe is great for a bit more on the high rpm range.

I have a true dual magnaflow system on mine and i hate it. N dont go saying swap out mufflers. There is a real nice four eyed fox round town that has shorty headers high flow cats h pipe and magnaflows and it sounds badass compared to mine...
