Lower my Fox Body Seats
#11
Interesting choice...Never would have thought about moving the mirror. I'll assume you tilt the seat back some? I haven't been able to do to comfort and if I sit back too far my lower back begins to hurt. Plus if I tilt back my reach to the wheel and stick is just odd feeling and I feel like I'm stretching to them at all times.
Thanks for the idea though. A mirror move may be up next.

I'll check that and compare to your picture. But I will say that I have cut down my tracks and dropped the seat about 1.25". Things feel much more normal now. I had to drill some holes to put the passenger side Tracks on the driver side but it's in. I did that so I could drive my car and still be able to modify the driver side tracks. I don't have a welder so I'm having to mod these one at a time.

After thinking about this some more, I can see now why taller folks may get some better clearance with there seats. The slope of the tracks allows the seat to drop quite a bit as the seat goes further back. So maybe I should have been taller....
I did move the mirror as suggested previously, great idea and it did help quite a bit. I'm certainly more use to the seats now but I long for the day the foam softens up some and drop a bit more.
