idle drops and dies
so basically there was a previous poster and member known as marleyman well after his 2 years of searching for why his car wouldnt idle and multiple times tearing apart his intake and heads, checking fuel pressure, pumps, and injector swaps, mass air swaps, he sold the car. well recently my friend purchased it from who knows how many people later. i reviewed his posts and found many people sent him vacuum diagrams and apparently he couldnt follow them. i had looked at the car for 15 min realised this vacuum line he couldnt figure out where it went off his vacuum tree was to his vacuum resevoir, needless to say IF YOUR CAR IS CAMMED THIS IS A MUST HAVE. it acts as a shock absorber for your vacuum system so if your car lopes hard and bogs it starves for vacuum pressure and progressively gets worse till it stalls out, this piece is a small 3in round vacuum cam in the passenger fenderwell, sucks marley man couldnt figure this out but i did and the car is a super beast now. unfortunately whoever he had sold the car too removed the manual rack and went back to power steering a swap i hope to soon reverse i know this is a long rant/brag but really i am super passionate about mustangs and always have been. i just want people to be informed
