Default Popping Noise

Whenever I downshift I used to get the low gurgle that sounded bad ***. That was when I first put on my pipes. Now, I dont get that sound and I get popping from what sounds like the back of the engine. Im wondering if this is an exhaust leak could that be it? I also put in a new intake manifold could that be the sourse of this popping when I downshift?

I'm not sure exactly what the noise is caused from.. mabye the back pressure.. but some mufflers " specially glasspacks" make the sound of poping when letting of the gas

Nah, Ive got flowmasters... but this happened out of no where. I had the pipes and it sounded great, then after i installed the manifold I get the popping with out the gurgle.
