Changin valve cover gaskets
Well this is self explantory. You know what the valve cover is right?Remove the bolts and pull it off.I suggest you do two things. One get real good gaskets FEL-PRO rubber gaskets not cork. And for you to buy the ford motorsport stud kit that way you put theses studs on and then the valve it makes it so much easier.Especially if you are checking or working with the rockers and the rubber gaskets are reusable up to a point.

Other than that its a breeze and should take 10 minutes each side and thats if this is your first time.

summit has em for 10.95. all thats involved really is pullin the valve covers off and ploppin the new ones in.

what he means by take the pleneum off is to unbolt the upper intake manifold from the lower to get to the valve covers easier.
