Default Batteries

Alright, I have been going around to look for a good price for a battery. But most places dont have anythingfor my car with 800+ cold crank amps, at least thats what there computer says. So, my question is, as long as the battery will fit in my car, could I use it? I mean as long as it has 580+ amps theres nothing bad that can happen, is there?</P>

Also, if all the CCA's does is make the car start better in the cold, in the summer it doent realy matter if you have 580 cca, or even just crank amps vs 800..</P>

Also, my car is basicly stock, do I realy need more than a stock battery?</P><edited><editID>Ormist</editID><editDate>38017.7620138889</editDate></edited>

I know advance has the 750 amp battery I think your group is 58...alot of batteries car the same size but have the pos/neg on different sides..you need more than 580 and if you add long tube headers they tend to heat soak the starter whick tend to need a lil more juice
