I'd have to say electronics. I've had a short on something, and it would take me a month or so to finally figure it out, then something else would happen...

oh, and the t5 sucks!!!

Another problem is shifter placement. If you have long legs, it gets hard to reach third gear without leaning forward.

T5 trans is junk in stock form.
Heater cores are weak.
Stock handling sucks.
Its hard to find one without rust these days.
Torque boxes are tack welded in place and rip easily.
***Ponyboy302, the torque boxes are the mounting " brackets" on the body for attaching the rear control arms. 2 uppers and 2 lowers.***

The biggest problem around here is THEFT! Once you make it fast and people see it, it becomes a target. Several of my friends have had theirs stolen.

Fortunately, most of the problems are cheap and easy to improve.

+1 on theft, especially if you have Welds or a decent set od radials on pony wheels. My one buddy had his notch ripped off by a tow truck, his neighbor said that an all black tow truck took it and left

Now that sucks
