TO the O/P, in the future, please resize your photos so everyone doesn't have to scroll across the screen to see your abortions and read the posts. 800x600 will do just fine. Otherwise they'll just be deleted.

seriously do you think i care about looks. i could cut out a sheet of metal and did the same thing. and i tell you when you suck a bunch of water in your motor you will wish you didnt have the air filter all exposed.im not here for a looks contest. im making a mock up that will be made out of regular aluminum, but no one knew that because instead of looking at the idea for what its worth you are all worried about how it looks and crticized it before i posted what i was up to.i dont go around poping my hood at car show nor could i care less about showing off my engine bay. i take my car to the track not the fashion show.

Isn't it illegal to purposefully destory a license plate since it's government property? Maybe it's only in certain states...

I know the what I am doing with my hood scoop being open as it is thank you. And in the rain it didn't make much of a difference bc I don't drive it in the rain, the tires are too far gone for that. But thanks for noticing. You want to talk about POS you can look at the 83 but come on find something that is truly functional.............like my hood scoop.
