Yea, its kind of a PITA lol. Remove the outer trim and all weather stripping first. Then unbolt it and wiggle its way out. I would pull it toward the outside of the door since the top structure bends inward.

Remove door panel (no need to remove the inner or outter belt weatherstrip but it will be a lot easier if you remove the window run channel weather strip) Drill through the center of the rivets that hold the glass in place. The rest is up to you, just have to play with it a bit. When I installed mine I went from the outside.

windows are easy just take your time with it and you will probably have to turn the glass 45* when pulling it out to make it easier to slide out. its not to bad once you've done it once or twice
