Default Anchor VS. Duralast

So, I found engine mounts that will fit my 80 mustang, but not sure what brand is better. I can get Anchor mounts at advance auto, or Duralast mounts at Autozone. The are the same price either way I go, so what brand is better and will last longer?

On a side note, will an oil pan for a 83-95 mustang 302 fit a 80 302 block. Looks the same, but not sure. I think 79-95 take the same gasket, so I assume the 83-95 302 pan would fit an 80 302 block.

I had Duralast mounts in my car for two years before they gave way. Got another set, few months and they were done. Another set lasted me a year and they were gone. Got some anchor ones and even making more power, they have lasted me 2 years so far.

I know that the Autozone Duralast Gold brake pads suck.
They dusted my wheels to death everyday and didn't last
longer than a year.
My Autozone Duralast Gold battery only lasted one year before one
of the cells failed in it.
Honestly I wouldn't trust Autozone Duralast motor mounts under
my engine.Get the Anchor mounts then.
I don't shop at Autozone/Advanced Auto nor do I want to give them
my business.
If I were purchasing motor mounts I would get Ford Motorcraft motor mounts.

you sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder for autozone parts, i've got their pads and batteries on all 3 of my cars and they work great.
have you tried installing them properly?
