I'm still on the fence about it. The guy seems to be jerking me around a bit. Says hes turned down offers of 6.5k, Also has pretty much refused to add money to the trade for my car. He seems to think that it would be a fair trade if I kept my stars and stock wheels, and traded him my car....
I think it would be a fair trade if he added a minimum of 2k, and I kept my driveshaft, steeda wheels, and quarterhorse.
The open track days are Wednesday 5-10, Friday 5-10, and Saturdays is TT.
I work Tuesday through Friday till 6pm, and i have mandatory Saturdays, 8am-4pm. My closest track is 2 hours away, so on a Wednesday or Friday... id be there by 8pm... Then of course there is the issue of not having a tow vehicle. Which we all know I broke my car last time I had it at the track.
So being stranded, 2 hours from home... when I'd have to work at 8am the next morning.... yea, no thanks.
Then of course there is the issue of my car using 3/4 of a tank of fuel to get TO the track.
So yea, it just became unrealistic when I got my new job. Oh, and when I get home from Kuwait I'll be going to school at night, which is going to take even more of my time.

IDK what I was thinking. I guess it was just a moment of confusion. With all the training ive been doing, plus time away from home, I went with a worst case scenario.
I Will however be selling my engine and transmission when I get home. Gonna drop a 302-306 back in it.
