Default CAN I ADD 2 COLD AIR INTAKES TO MY 88 MUSTANG?

i have an 88 mustang gt foxbody, i recently bought a cold air intake for it and installed it. it crossed my mind if i was possible to install another one. what do you think? i need some advice. what are the pros and cons to this situation ?

Why? One will support the airflow of a 5.0 to way more rpm than the crankshaft can handle.

how about a short ram? i mean im taking options here.

what does short ram really do? can i add it do the cai?

Leave your stock intake tube on the car.

i was just asking, i herd it could be done so i just wanted to see if this was true or not, i seen it done before but they guy would have to switch his hose. this is what mine look like at the moment.

It would do absolutely nothing. Just clog up your engine bay, cost you money and do nothing for you. You would still be sucking in the same amount of air as one, instead it would be coming from two different sides, causing the airflow to be cut in half for each of them (assuming the set up is symmetrical, if not it would depend on the lengths of tubing and mass flows of the air)

Point it, it wouldn't do anything for you

Just because it CAN be done, dont mean it SHOULD be done. waste of time, money and engine space. It will do absolutely nothing for performance and make you engine bay have the appearance of a ricer
