Double check your pistons, make sure they're giving the correct compression height. Lots of builders are using Sivolite 1177 pistons with a 1.585" compression height, the correct for 289 and 302 builds is Sivolite 1122 which is 1.605"
I can't speak on the cams or intakes. I've not been a fan of aluminum heads without serious upgraded cooling options - the weight reduction isn't that much and you could almost do just as well with an aftermarket drive shaft.

thanks i will check the pistons i might just go with the 282xe comp cam its going to be a daily driver i dont want it to crazy and also should i go with hyd roller lifters or flat tap pistons one more thing should i just go with after market iron heads

why not find a nice set of GT40 heads if you don't like aluminum? personally I find nothing wrong with aluminum heads. I would chose trick flow or AFR for your build. The 185AFR street version or the 185 trick flows with your street friendly goals. A e303 cam or a trick flow stage 2 cam, either would be good for the street with any of these heads and a 10:1 comp ratio if you plan on running 91 octane or better if you wanna run lower octane then you will want 9:1-9.5:1 with those cams and a good aluminum head. With aluminum heads it comes down to a real good quality head gasket like Cometic brand. The right water pump and radiator are important as is the right thermostat. A lot of people I come across who don't like aluminum heads don't know enough about them or what to use to get all the benefits out of them. Also some believe a lot of the myths about them and how they warp easy and such. I would go with 3:73 gears with that combo and even if you use the eddy heads you could go with a custom cam to get as much out of it as possible while still having the reliability on the street if its hydro roller cam. I am thinking mostly street with this if you want something less street friendly and more race then the 4:10's and a x303 cam with those eddy heads and flat top pistons will work pretty darn good. just my 2 cents.

thanks yeah its going to be a street car no track i just want that mean performance other people were telling me the hyd cam is better for daily diver that way i dont have to keep adjusting things and also i heard the alum heads dont get as hot as iron because there lighter

I would check the pistons like someone mentioned.
I think the Comps XE cams are much better than the Ford letter series stuff.
The Ford cams were developed back in the '80's, we have lots better now.
I don't think that the Edelbrock heads are bad idea at all, I just think the Twisted Wedge heads are a lot better for not a lot more money.
BTW, Fel-Pro makes good gaskets for both these heads, your local auto supply may or may not have them 'on the shelf'.....

I love your irrelevant information... It makes me wet!
302 and 289 piston CH measurements are useless here.
OP, check what brand piston you have, look on the top of the piston for a part number, and verify that they are indeed for a 331 stroker build. The information that the quotee above should have given you, is that your pistons should have a 1.175" CH.
As for the head choice... you CAN run a small head like the GT40 (which i advise against for your build), However, our cam choice (xe282) would be a horrible match for them. If you want a good head to top off the build, while not making a "track car" I would suggest a set of AFR165's or TFS170's. Don't be afraid to run an aluminum head.
