Anyone got an R block
I might be picking up a nicely built 331 with r block, I believe the guy I'm buying it from but I've never seen one in real life to know what to look for. Anyone know what kinda HP they're good for? Any markings to look for from the outside?

We run one. it only has 2 freeze plugs down the sides stock has 3. front LT side of the block (driver side) has SVO cast into it maybe hard to see, it also has freeze plugs in the front of the block. The block will handle more HP then most can make.Seen people making well over 1500hp on them. 4 bolt mains on 3 caps and 2 bolt on the ends.
