This is my plan, I have a pretty much stock 95 5.0 5 Speed. I want do do a few lesser expensive upgrades. I've already put gears in it. I want to do a few motor Upgrades, Smog delete and Underdrive pulleys. I have a 70mm Throttle body and an 80mm Mass Air sensor. I have also came across a set of gt40 and gt40p heads they are both home ported and polished and gasket matched they look really good, Not sure on the flow numbers though. Also Have GT40 upper and lower intake both also home ported and polished and gasket matched. I want to know what else I can/should do too, would like to upgrade the Cam as well. Thinking e303 or something close..

What would be the best combo...

Heads Intake Cam Throttle Body Mass Air
Gt40 Gt40 e303? 70mm 80mm
Gt40p ??? ???

I Just wanna know if and what will work best together, Im not looking for some crazy power just wanna know what with this stuff would work best. Its my Daily Driver and just looking for a little more pep. With this stuff what else Should I be looking for and/or replacing? and Whats the best combo? I have everything except the Cam and anything else not listed...

gt40p heads.

mill them .028" from stock to increase compression.

have them pocket ported and the exhaust humps removed if it has any.

new valve springs


you might need special headers or 90 degree plug wires and short plugs.

There are much better cams than any of the Ford letter cams around.
Take a look at what Competition Cams has out now.......

Was possibly thinking a trick flow stage 1 or maybe steeda #19. Will these work and will I need a tune with these.

steeda 19 is a tame computer friendly cam for sn-95's with a tad idle lope
