A great car, 5.8 L with Eaton lobed supercharger, and STILL NO GAS GUZZLER TAX!
I am actually impressed they shed the gas guzzler tax even with 400cc more than the current GT500, and without the use of TiVCT or direct injection.

And when the EPA gas guzzler tax gets stiffer, I have no doubts Ford will simply pull out direct injection and TiVCT to still keep out of that gas guzzler territory.

Auto with 556 hp ....."soft core" ....6speed manual 650 hp "hard core"...
