Another #8 Cylinder Issue?? Need HELP

The front O2s have the ability to read A/F and communicate with the PCM to adjust A/F. That is in no way a failsafe replacement for not getting a tune when you install a cai or even headers IMO. Also you can have catastrophic problems if a front O2 extension becomes disconnected because it will automatically adjust the A/F ratio to 1 lamba which is too lean. That is why it is recommended not to use them.

He's already admitted to everything he's done, planned to do or not to do, on this public forum. For his sake, I was hoping that he'd spill less information.
Hope he gets it figured out. A good non OEM rebuild isn't a "bad" thing though!

Ahhh..wow, ANOTHER thread that ends in a similar fashion. Either A an attorney got involved or B, the dealer/Ford said, if you want this taken care of stop posting. A couple of other threads have ended this way on other topics. Not this topic about Cyl #8 but other items.
Interesting...

ok I am going to b the one and say it..OP this is a shady ending. is ford covering it? or is brenspeed? or did your claim get denied? I for one F*cking hate when these OP come and start threads and it all turns to "oh I can't say anymore" get the F*ck outa here.. People like you always do this on the forums and it never helps people or makes you look like your just another TROll that starts this sh*t on all the forums about the number 8 crap!

Why not? I thought you were dealing with Ford not the FBI jeeezz....

Your numbers look right for a boss. A stock Coyote GT makes the same or a tiny bit more torque than your Roadrunner. But your Roadrunner out revs a Coyote so you have more HP. A Coyote only gets about 375 or maybe 380 HP at the very best (and a tune is required to get that!)

With the Aluminator, you can FI, nitrous, etc. and it is designed to take it.

He has a CAI+tune, a lot of coyotes have dynoed at 405whp with just cai+tune..
Keep in mind though that every dyno reads differently, you can go back a week from now same dyno and dyno 10whp higher, or maybe it will be the same. or you go to a different dyno and get 10 lower or 20 higher.. they are just tuning tools. Don't put too much into what a dyno reads. The dragstrip will tell you more about your car than a dyno can.
edit: taken straight from another thread recently posted: 405rwhp and 387rtq from a cai+tune and cat-back exhaust (which adds little to no power) coyote.. and i've seen people report 427whp with the same mods I have, 415whp w/o the boss intake.
