Where is the Starter Relay???
On a 94 Mustang GT, where is the Starter relay? I picked one up at the parts store to replace it and can't find the damn thing anywhere. All references I find say its on the drivers side fender, I see nothing there. Maybe I'm just blind.

Want to check the starter w/out removing it?....... remove the starter relay from the underhood fuse box, make sure transmission is in neutral, IGN OFF, and place a wire jumper between the relay socket terminals shown below.......
If starter is toggled this way, like MJ said, the clutch switch circuit needs to be checked.

I just did that and it does in fact toggle the starter. How do I test the clutch switch?
