I installed an O/R prochamber primarily for the sound but the added benefit of more torque and HP is a plus.It now sounds and smells like how a muscle car should. lol

I've been driving around with the check engine light on and it doesn't bother me. The car uses the rear O2 sensors to monitor cat efficiency and turning them off doesn't affect driveability.

I have had my O/R Prochamber on for almost 2 years now, and have not seen the check engine light. I just bought the MIL eliminators and added them too the o2 sensors.

I was going to buy the MIL elims but I have an '07 andeveryone says they don't work for '07 & up. Gonna need a tuner to turn off the O2's.

Amen to that, 2007CalSpec, I have a O/R Prochamber and Flowmasters and just the smell alone is reason to ditch the cats. I do notice the power gain and it definately lets the lopey sound of the engine come through esp. at idle. Been driving with the CEL on as well, heck it's just a yellow outline of a motorso instead of a CEL on my car it's an EOL (engine on light)

you do realize that if you actually do have a problem that you would never know cause you engine light is already on

Maybe, maybe not. Vehicle computers use input signals from sensors to generate control signals for fuel, spark delivery, transmission shifting, and other functions. The car’s computer continuously monitors all input signals that could effect emissions. If any of the monitored signals move outside government-mandated limits, the computer turns on the “Check Engine†light.By the time you get the CEL it's already too late and you would probably feel a difference or something is wrong with the car anyway. The CEL is not a predictor of what is about to fail but rather what has already failed. So...I'm not too worried about having the light on all the time. [8D]

if you are actually running a little lean or a little rich it will trip the light and you will not feel any difference at all normally. Many people trip random cam sensor codes amonst other things but never say the car "feels" different.

With the stock tune and no mods that affect AF ratios I don't have too many worries concerning running lean or rich.

"Everyone" is wrong in this case. I've been running MIL eliminators on my 07 with an o/r x for the last 4 months with no CEL's.
