S/C it. As far as the best bang for the buck that's the route you should go.

A fully built 4.2L isn't needed. A simple bolt on kit from Vortech, Pro Charger, or TMATurbo.com will meet the needs. Watch the For Sale section, ebay, and check out a few of the site sponsors, as well as SuperSixMotorsports.com and DelkPerformance.com.

Actually, if he gets in an accident or 'caught', he won't be covered due to the swap, and he could go to jail for insurance fraud.

If you do it right, and don't buy the entire kit from vortech or procharger, you can save about a thousand just piecing it together by yourself.
