2 Fast Stangs battle it out, Terminator Swapped Whipple GT pushing over 600 rwhp battles '13 Shelby GT500 pushing over 700 rwhp. The GT's 5th gear was botched so runs were just to the top of its 4th. Shelbys Intercooler pump was also malfunctioning so heatsoak was an issue. There will be a rematch in the future when both car's issues are resolved.

Nice runs, looks like yall are pretty close. How was traction in the GT500?

Neither are mine, some friends just wanted to do some pull so they called me seeing if i wanted to get it on video.

Traction is pretty good, Both are on Radials. I dont think GT500 spun on any of the runs.

Eh, probably not good for the cars but both guys are friends and were itching to do some pulls.

 

Nice video of the action..love hearing the other car WOT when they're about a fender/half car ahead (tail pipes screaming at camera).

if dude with the Shelby knew his I/c pump was broken he's an idiot for running it. thing was probably pulling a decent amount of timing during the runs so I'd race again when he fixes that. Good runs tho!
