Default HELP! Problems with Saleen Supercharger install!

Once it idles for a short time and I start to give it a little gas in neutral the car give an error about the charging system is failing. The car then starts to power down slowing and the batter no longer gets charged. I bought an new alternator from ford and still got the same problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Did you remove the engine ground wire during the supercharger install?

Maybe you have the polarity switched on the alternator?
