tach problem

Default tach problem

ok so my wifes 2.3 stang tach sits at 4500 when the car is on but at 0 when its off and when the rpm catch up at 4500 it raises. so is there a way to fix this or is it something i have to live with.

Hey,

Yup what Sleeper said.

Is it throwing a CEL? Bad ICM's can cause tach issues
