Anyone know where i can get a set of urethane rear spring isolators for a 2010 gt?
Just installed the eibach pro kit and now i got low speed noise coming from the rear springs..i don't think the stock rubber isolators can handle the stiffer spring pressures. I've been all over the net can't seem to locate any....please let me know. i prefer urethane over rubber...i found them for the 99-04 mustang but none for the 05-2010 mustang...
We have installed dozenz of different spring sets on all 05+ and 2010 Mustangs. The upper perch is over kill with sound dampening and the lower perch sits on the axle. So What sound exactly are you guys hearing since no one has ever brought this up to us in any way? Did you modify the bump stops when you installed your springs? Something doesnt sound right??
When I talked to the guy at steeda today he said the sound i'm hearing doesn't come from rear springs. he said the sound is coming from the adjustment nuts on my adjustable pan-hard bar. he said if you can spin the nut with your hand its not tight enough. I looked and found the 1 side with the frame brace surrounding it is loose. i can only get at it with an open ended wrench and i can only turn it but so far before i run out of turning room. I plan on grinding the wrench down a bit so i can get a better grip to torque it...the little bit of adjustment i could do did seem to make a difference i really need to get some good turns on it to fix the issue. naturally the nut on the opposite end is out in the open and is torqued tight...we will see tomorrow...

Well i was able to get the panhard bolt as tight as humanly possible then I used thread lock red, so it won't move. I still have the noise, i cant figure out what the hell it is. its a low speed noise that sound like a broken shock but not as loud.. the shocks i put on are brand new so its not that...maybe i just need to give the springs enough time to settle in... my radio will drown out the sounds for now..
